This is not a South Indian Cuisine, except with the name.Pretty okay food.
Love the butter chicken. Prices are fair and food is excellent
Good food....very good quantity against the price....Chhole Rice and aloo paratha a must try....Dosa was ok ok....
THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR VEGETARIANS.I ordered dosa and it smelled like meat and tasted so bad and so sour that I felt like throwing up after the 5th bite. Had to go back to my room and brush my teeth to get rid of the taste. Will never go back to this place ever again.
Most egoistic chef I have ever seen. Pav Bhaji ordered by my wife was not in taste so we tried to exchange with something else. They will not do it as it’s against their policy but keeping your customers hungry is fine. Worst food and worst people. Lot of good food Indian options in Niagara but don’t go over here. Whole management is weird. Beware before you go there.
It's right outside the Niagara falls park. It has a lot of vegetarian options. I tried aloo and gobhi paratha, the papri chat and the samosa chat. Not all of it at once 😉. The quantity is great, so is the taste. The masala chai is also amazing. They accept credit cards as well as cash (as per your convenience). The food is served in boxes that can be used for a takeaway. Finally the staff is really polite. The cook is pretty swift.
Very close to Niagra falls, cost is good. Try samosa, tea and paratha. All food looks good and served fresh.
Amazing Dosa! I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. The sambar is great, their masala is really flavorful, it's just great. I'd highly, highly recommend eating here.
Good place to eat! The lady is very helpful. The cook is fast and has skills! Prices are little high but when you are hungry, it’s the closet one.Its an outdoor place so I wouldn’t suggest to go there unless you have great resistant to cold or if it’s summer! Service is very good!
Aloo prantha was soo good.
Amazing & affordable Indian food!
It was a nice experience in Niagara. We were so tired after visiting Niagara falls. Then we noticed a different board. 'Dosa Hut'. We decided to try our luck. The food was very tasty. The old lady served the food with a loving smile. We are surprised to hear that it is not run by Indian. The lady came from Singapore and settled in USA. It was amazing.
Dosa was very sour, curries had ZERO taste... Better stick with Western food when in Niagara
It's a very good place for everyone who loves dosa and Indian variety of dishes. It's a small trailer van that is converted into a dosa vending stall. Don't expect places to sit (or clean ones), because it is on one side of the road. And if you are too particular about eating vegetarian and you don't eat non vegetarian food, it isn't a place you would love. There's always a risk of a mix up and you should skip it. But if you are willing to risk it and have been longing to have dosas, then this place is great for you. All those Indians who haven't had dosas in a long while, and those that have been yearning for Indian food in the strange land of bland food, head over to this plcae!
Huge food portion. Veg combo is sufficient for two people. Sambar, salt lassi was good. Paratha was huge size. Not expensive.
Horrible food, I strongly do not recommend this place. There are many better options for Indian food regrets a lot after visiting this place.would have given minus rating if I could.rude and manner less behaviour of staff.
It was very nice and affordable to have dinner from Dosa Grill. I was surprised by the flavor of sambhar and Masala dosa. Highly recommended to all.
Amazing food. It s a small place with not a very comfortable seating for a sunny day but the food is delicious. Has south Indian and North Indian options. Their Idli was amazing so was the chhola. Vegetarian and Vegan options available.
Had a great lunch at this small van.. Aloo paratha with pickle and curd is to die for.. same are the dosas ☺️☺️
The food was ok, nothing to write home about, but the service was good, the clientele friendly (cause you had to share tables) and the ambiance was good. I made the falls a destination. It's the first time I've been. I enjoyed all of my experience and the Dosa Hut added to a positive experience.
Waste of money! Chutney was definitely spoiled, sambar was awful and rude employee/owner. Had it not been a takeout, I would’ve definitely wanted my money back.
Taste made me joy... full veggie dish was awesome and more than enough quantity with quality..great service... 100% satisfied
The place is ok. Staff is not friendly. The south indian food we had was delicious . They charge for sambhar even though buying all the south indian food. First south indian food serving place where sambhar is charged when you order dosa and idli as well. Two stars only for food.
Daughter and husband tried Indian food for first time from here and loved it. Butter chicken and curry chicken their favorites. Great job!
Butter chicken & kabab were good. dosas ordered were not fresh & had a distinct sour flavor.
I am shocked to see why the reviews were so bad, out family had one of the best meals ever here. My parents were visiting us from india and we have been roaming around all day and were tired, tried finding few Indian restaurants at late night but not many options, but on our way we found this whole bunch of desi crowd standing, and soon we followed the line only to have such an amazing meal. Other than chicken kababs I literally loved everything elSe, papdi chat was one of the best ever had, mango lassi was really yummy not much sugar added, but made to perfection.
Must try maisoor masala dosa here. Very good taste with rich spice level. I love spicy so got here.
Was shocked to see that the chutney they gave was stale...
I don’t know what I ate. I was hoping that I ordered some Indian food with the Indian taste but obviously didn’t feel the same while eating there. Takes very long time in food delivery. Seating benches were not cleaned and we had to ask them multiple times before someone came out and cleaned them.I would never go back here again. In the same location we have many other better food options so definitely avoiding this place going forward
I went to this place since I didn’t have much time and that was one of of terrible mistake of my life. The place is one of the worst place to eat at Niagara. Food is pathetic, owners are horrible. If you want to eat low quality food at a premium price this is the place for you, free food serving attitude of the owners is a bonus.
I wouldn't give even one star for this hut. Extremely Arrogant and RUDE owners. Forget professionalism the owners dont even have basic etiquette to talk to customers. Tasteless food and way too expensive. Consider other nearby food carts rather than this hut.
Excellent Indian food at right price.
I don’t know why the reviews and ratings are underrated for this restaurant, but it’s the best one you can find in Niagara, enjoyed the food a lot
I got the chicken curry and it was good, no complaints no waiting...
Amazing food! Very near to the visitor center and parking lot 1. They serve 2-3 varieties of Dosa including masala Dosa. And idly and vada too. The tea was amazing.
Never ever think of eating here.. WORST FOOD... SERVED SPOILED FOOD... DOSA was too sour and Sambar was Spoilt... Not just wasting money but spoilt health.
Indian dosa near Niagara falls United States
Great food for the price. Hygienic and tasty.
Great selection and large servings. Perfect for our group and we kept going back for more options because all were delicious. Highly recommend butter chicken and Indian ice cream. Friendly service and helpful with our large group. The seating (in the shade) was perfect for a hot day.
Great food and good quantity.
Best DOSA place Don’t miss it ..
Amazing food.... economic price... best in Niagara area
Different menu choices from any other Indian places I have been too. And all of it was excellent.
Has to be the most phenomenal South Indian food experiences I've ever had in the US and I'm from Bangalore, India! The flavors and authencity of the dishes and the fresh ingredients...just left me and my friend stunned and the quickest, most fresh and healthiest breakfast/lunch ever! There are so many Indian restaurants in this neighborhood and honestly this is just a street cart with seating but I'm sure is the best out of all of them!Support these guys and get them out of this false rating of 3 point whatever, they deserve a 10/10 all day everyday! Thanks alot Dosa Hut!♥️♥️♥️
Worst place to get Dosa. Its actually a north Indian uncle making dosa. It was very bad. My stomach also got upset later after eating here.We also ordered pav bhaji which was better than dosa. If you are really looking for dosa find a better place than this in naigra.
We ate here last week while in the area. We got our meals as they were opening up. Some of the best indian food we have eaten. They let us have samples to make sure it was not too spicy. Some of the best butter chicken and chicken curry I have had. Great food.
DONT TRY BHEL PURI.. it’s a level lower than worst. Dosa was just ok.. Aloo Paratha was something we could eat. Unless there are no options, wouldn’t recommend it
Understaffed when we went on Sat night. Not sure if that’s usually the case. But food was good.
Nice food and great selection. Must try pav bhaji, it tastes perfect 👌👌👌
taste good
